Shipping policy
ROUTE INSURANCE OPTION
we are not responsible for damage incurred by the shipping carrier on your package or the items you have purchased. we highly recommend you purchase route insurance during the checkout process to cover lost, stolen or damaged mail. there seems to be an increase in lost and damaged packages in recent years, and therefore the security we can offer you is a paid insurance through route.
if your package is lost or damaged and you did not purchase route insurance, we will be happy to make a claim through the carrier; however, it typically will only reimburse a partial (sometimes only up to $50) value. please contact us at hello@marigoldmodern.com with any questions.
DELAYS WITH SHIPPING CARRIER
from time to time, there have been delays with shipping carriers. once your package leaves our store, and is picked up by the carrier, we are not responsible for longer-than-normal transit times. if your package seems to be stalled, we will happily file a claim with the shipping carrier. just email us at hello@marigoldmodern.com and we will do our best to push the shipping carrier along.
if you wish for signature confirmation, shipping insurance, or expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
we offer free shipping on orders over $200. orders under $200 will be charged flat-rate shipping depending on where you are located in the United States. for non-clothing shipments and extra large and/or heavy orders, we occasionally need to charge extra shipping. we will notify and invoice you if this is the case. we are also happy to give you a shipping quote prior to placing your order if that is preferred.
orders are shipped USPS priority or first class. we will send you a shipping notification email with your tracking number once your order has been packaged and leaves our store. most orders will take 2-5 days from this time to be delivered.

if you need your order (or items in your order) gift wrapped, we are more than happy to do so. please leave instructions in the comment section when placing your order.
we cannot be responsible for an order once it has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. if you'd like signature required shipping for your order, please contact us (hello@marigoldmodern.com) at the time your order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
we are happy to offer shipping to our international customers for a $35 flat-rate. for non-clothing shipments, we occasionally need to charge extra shipping. we will notify you if this is the case. we are also happy to give you a shipping quote prior to placing your order if that is preferred.
orders are shipped usps, and could take up to several weeks to be delivered. we are not able to provide tracking information on your international order.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS
LOCAL PICKUP + DELIVERY
In-Store Pickup and Delivery are available at no additional fee to our local customers. Simply choose your preference during checkout. Local delivery is limited to a 5-mile radius of our storefront and is subject to staffing.
