LAUNCH DAY POLICY

Any items purchased on launch day from any brand can be returned for store credit only, within regular return policy terms, below. Additionally, high-demand clothing brand launches (apolina, soor ploom, misha and puff, little cotton clothes, bonjour diary) will be charged a 30% restocking fee for cancellation and return requests for items purchased on launch day and refunds will be given in the form of store credit only. 

Please note orders which use automated shipping tools and/or orders flagged as fraud risk will be cancelled. Due to card processing fees and warehouse fees we will deduct a 5% charge when cancelling these non-genuine orders.

RETURN POLICY

we will gladly accept regular-priced merchandise for store credit or refund within 10 days of delivery. missing or damaged items must also be reported during this timeframe. returned items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached and all original packaging. returns can be shipped back in the original poly mailer, box, or other weather-resistant packaging, however, return labels applied directly to product packaging (i.e. shoe box) will be considered a damaged return and will be disqualified from returns and exchanges. once we issue the return label, there is a five-day postmark window before we cancel the label. this is to ensure timely returns.

we do not accept returns on international orders.

store credit – cost $0

if you wish to return an item for store credit, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label. once we receive the item(s), store credit will be issued and sent via e-mail. This credit can be used in-store and/or online.

refund – cost $15

if you wish to receive a refund, we will generate a return shipping label for you at a cost of $15. once we receive the item(s), a credit will be issued to the original form of payment with the $15 shipping label fee deducted. 

CANCELLATIONS

All non-launch day cancellations will have 5% deducted from the refund to cover card processing fees.
