We believe shopping for the children in our lives should be fun! So we're bringing that holiday spirit to our sales this season. Here are a few questions we are frequently asked that may help as you search for the perfect gift:
THE ITEM I WANT TO PURCHASE ISN’T ON SALE
Not all items are eligible for special sales or discounts. This may be due to brand terms, permanent collection items, etc. If you believe an item isn't receiving a discount in error, please email hello@marigoldmodern.com to inquire. Glitches happen but, in most cases, items not discounted are excluded from the sale.
DO YOU HAVE A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER DISCOUNT?
No. Sadly, this option was frequently abused so we no longer offer a first time customer promotion. No exceptions.
WHAT IS THIS SHIPPING CHARGE?
Orders over $150 of regular merchandise receive free shipping every day of the year. Some larger items are subject to special shipping rates. These items are usually larger and do not fit in a standard polymailer so a flat shipping rate may be added to your order to cover the shipping cost. See shipping terms on our website for more information.
CAN I JUST PICK UP IN STORE?
Absolutely! Choose local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Our store will be open during regular business hours all week except Thursday, November 28th (closed).
NEED IT SOON?
We offer expedited shipping! Just make a note in your order requesting expedited shipping and include the date you need your items by. We will invoice you for the additional cost and ship once the balance is paid. We cannot provide rates before you place your order.
I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS. CAN YOU COMBINE THEM?
Orders placed separately will ship separately. We are a small store and do not have enough staff to sift through orders, combining or making changes.
I PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED SOMETHING THAT IS ON SALE NOW. CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?
Sales and promotions are only applicable during the stated timeframe. Product and/or shipping discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the offer is effective.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
See our full return policy for details. All information is accurate, up to date, and applies to every order. We typically do not accept returns on socks or hair accessories. All return requests must be made through our portal.
