Say hello to the happy residents of Holdie Land; the Holdie Folk. Measuring 4.3 inches (the perfect size to fit in small hands or to take along in a pocket) the Holdie Folk might be small but all have big personalities!
Meet Daisy: A farm girl with a green thumb like no other, Daisy is Holdie Land’s go-to folk when it comes to growing delicious veggies and fruit. Floral wreaths and daisy chains are her forte and her vegetable soup is everyone’s favorite.
Meet Fleur: The resident artist of Holdie Land, Fleur is forever creating masterpieces using recycled materials. She makes her own paints from flowers and roots and loves nothing more than sketching her fellow Holdie Folk.
Meet Beck: By far, Beck has the most energy of any Holdie Folk. He loves exploring, digging for fossils, and learning absolutely everything about Dinosaurs. Beck comes home every day with his pockets full of unusual stones and a backpack full of beautiful sticks.
Meet Fern: Confident, sassy, and outspoken, Fern is Holdie Land’s most colorful character. Fern is usually found laughing and entertaining her friends with her funny faces, her dancing, and her outlandish clothes (which she makes herself). Fern is loved by all in Holdie Land because she is so very kind too.
Meet Leif: Leif is Holdie Land’s ocean explorer. You’ll often find him skipping rocks by the sea, building intricate sandcastles, and making necklaces out of shells washed up on the sand. Leif isn’t a strong swimmer but his sailing skills are unmatched.
Meet Cliff: Outdoorsy, crafty, and an adventurer, Cliff is Holdie Land’s resident explorer. He often plans fun camping trips with the rest of the folk, and is always the first to raise his hand when it comes to building a fire, collecting water from the stream, or building a rope swing.
Meet Wren: Wanderlust Wren, as she is affectionately called by her Holdie friends, is always on the move. When not exploring all that the world has to offer, Wren can be found studying languages, organising her travel journal, and showing her friends photographs from her most recent adventures.
Meet Glen: Glen knows everything about everything. Want to know why the sky is blue? Glen can tell you. What happened to the Dodo birds? Glen has the answer. Some Holdie Folk can find Glen a little tiring at times but usually they find him the most interesting fellow in the land.
Meet Hazel: The shyest of all the Holdie Folk, Hazel loves nothing more than snuggling up in a quiet corner with a great book and a dictionary. An avid reader and writer, Hazel is the Holdie Folk’s favourite storyteller although she is often asked by her friends to speak a little louder because her voice is so soft, they can’t always hear what she is saying!
Meet Moss: Calm and easy going - that’s how Moss’s friends describe him. Moss loves exploring beautiful landscapes, tending to Holdie Land’s cactus garden and rock climbing. He always knows the best way to get from point A to point B.
Meet June: If you need a problem solved, June is your go-to girl. From her incredible ability to problem solve, her love of helping people, and the fact that she has a photographic memory. June is always the first port of call for all Holdie Folk when they need some brain power.
Meet Rei: He’s cool, he knows everything about music, and loves nothing more than entertaining his Holdie friends with a ballad or two. Rei organises Holdie Land’s annual talent show (which he usually wins), and can often be found writing lyrics in his notebook when not playing in the Holdie band.
